  • Where is my order?

    You got a tracking link by email when it shipped. It updates every day or two while it travels. If it has not moved in five days, send us the order number and we chase it.

  • Sizing

    Costumes run small. If you are between sizes, take the bigger one. Kids go by height, dogs by back length and chest. Size guide.

  • Final sale

    Every sale is final, so we cannot take a costume back for size or a change of heart. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send a photo within 7 days and we will make it right. Full policy.
